In addition to the exciting performances of our six soloists, the audience was treated to a special surprise. January, National Mentoring Month, was the perfect time for Ars Flores to highlight its mentoring mission by incorporating a brief musical performance which demonstrated the several tiers of mentoring responsible for the development of excellent musicians. The surprise included the tiniest of musicians all the way up to the professionals.
